Looks like an X'ray.
A Baja story, of ranches and ranchers remaines to be told. This is of Prieta only.
One morning a couple weeks ago I woke up at the ranch where horses may come in for water. Criollos.
About seven-thirty that morning, as an illusion, they appeared silently and in number. One moment I’m looking at a spot, turn and return to the view
. . . and they are there. It was a moment bigger than life, for me. Highly anticipated, highly awaited & highly rewarded.
She’d made three years through the draught, in unforgiving lands.
It rained hard the day she came in. That afternoon there were basins of water throughout the mountains. The mountain would have her now, had she not
beaten the rain.
Very weak initialy, she´s doing well.
She’s on cruise ship diet, spends a great deal of time at the spa, and is doing just fine. She’s regaining her lines.
Of Criollos can be said: The Criollo is probably the toughest, soundest horse in the world, a tribute to its Spanish ancestry. It is capable of
living in climatic extremes on minimal feed, has incredible powers of endurance, and is noted for its longivity.
I added the Angelita part to her name.

Looks to be standing strong!! Hope that cruise ship diet can put some meat on her. I'm sure she hates the hose downs.
