I think there is a law about how close they can net...and one about not fishing within so many yard of swimmers...save thos pics...ya shoulda got one
of some people swimming near the net too.

I'm not sure the distance rule applies to pangas I've never heard of it. But I'm pretty sure they do need to apply fore certain permits for the target
fishes they want. No enforcement anyway. I'd have to hire swimmers because there are so many stingrays in right now.

oh but there IS enforcement if you choose to report any suspicious activity. they are close enough to read their numbers and you got pictures...you
could send them in to fisheries and ask if this is legal...if you report them, I guarantee a fisheries officer will be there within a few days and
hunt them down...which is why pangas are supposed to have numbers displayed, be registered and have the chip implants too so they know who is being
naughty.
