Hola Nomads, I tried the link listed in the latest Chubasco for obtaining a 10 year Mexican Boat Permit. I couldn't find the appropriate page to do

After visiting this site, it stated that permits are required only for boats 4.5 meters (15') or longer. Paul Boe
