This year's Expo was minute in comparison to previous years. In contrast: 5 year's ago there were about 100 vendors displaying their elixirs and most
available for tasting.
Last year the expo was as much a food variety as was a tequila expo.
This year there was only one food vendor selling Huaraches, and the tequila displays were about a dozen, and most of those were local liquor stores.
Plus they were really trying to sell their wares.
I ended up purchasing one bottle of "HERENCIA HISTORICO" and a bottle of EL CAXCAN Reposado.
As most of you know ESPOLON was purchased by a foreign company, but all they bought was the name. The tequila formula stayed home.
The only program available was in front of the entrance.

The past 5 years there have been about three to five Tijuana police officers standing in front of the Expo entrance. (Some with vests)
...this year there were none!
