the House of stone, erected by a Mexicali Eng was Director of the Irrigation District, Pedro Ramirez Vazquez, he built it for privacy, but he harly
use it, Mr. Braulio Maldonado then use it for private parties, because at that time was governor of Baja California.. Later some unknown gangsters
were arrested by soldiers in that house until it was abandoned for many years. . It was built between 1950-1952, about the same time as the Federal
Highway No.2 Mexicali-Tijuana.

I was there once 17 years ago. Cool place and everything, BUT...
