May become a hurricane Thanksgiving day.
It will not be a threat to Baja but sure seems late.
The latest hurricane was Winnie in 1983 on Dec 4

From Surfline:
TROPICS: Tropical Depression 13 has formed today, roughly 480 miles south of Acapulco, Mexico. TD 13 is a very small storm and will take a westward
track over the next few days; moving into the SoCal swell window on Monday and reaching Cat 1 hurricane strength by Wednesday.
The small size and relatively fast westward track will really limit the surf we see from TD 13. Unless it can slow down and grow a bit in size, we're
really not expecting any surf from it, although we'll keep an eye on things for the second half of next week. Stay tuned, this will be highly
dependent on how TD 13 actually behaves over the next few days.

thank Neptune for another chance at south swell. it is the second year since the global warming brigade got traction, so maybe we are witnessing the
new normal condition.....
OR NOT....
