I've been gone a few months and I see that the cafe in Rosarito has a different name now. If she is gone, is there another in-home nursing service for
aging Gringos who are too stubborn to leave?

Thank you, GJ, the link to Casa El Jardin is just what I need. However, the Bajatimes link was to a benefit Cha Cha arranged for an orphanage.
Great article & effort, but it was not about her moving away or quitting.
I assume she retired....again...NOB ?
