I just heard that the property tax discount for Comondú is only good til the end of December. Since the offices are starting vacation on the 22nd, if
they're closed all next week, today is the last day to get 25% off next years taxes.
Anybody know if it's normal for municipal offices to close from christmas to new year's?

Visited the office yesterday and here's the scoop- Comondu tax office is open this week [between Cmas and NY] and the 25% discount on 2012 prop taxes
extends til the end of Dec.
In Jan, it'll be 20% off.
Slackers can have the substantial penalties waived on their unpaid back-taxes if they pay up before Dec. 30
