got it.....thanks for your patience, and help over the years. I'm sure there will be more questions, and perhaps I can help others along the way too.
Here's the cabin... it's about 6 m x 6 m. last Feb we sealed and painted the exterior...of course...this paint looked more biege in the store.
(Should this go on the color thread?)

page 2......part of the bathroom counter..this cement sink is getting an epoxy coating inside this year.....to resemble a rustic piece of pottery.
hope to see water flowing into it too.

page 3....this is the other cement sink I made...looks better here than it is...the forms kept expanding as I poured...it's about 4 " thick. We
installed the glass block ourselves as well...in about 3 opengings as accent color

Cool sink. Will the epoxy coat change the look, for example make it glossy?
I hear ya about choosing a nice beige/tan paint- it shouldn't be that hard yet i've got a garage full of peaches, mustards, and mauves that looked
like a nice warm tan color in the paint store.

Oladulce....the epoxy is for the basin type bathroom sink...only a bit shows in the photo. I cast is out of cement, in sand....wanted it to look like
old pottery. the interior is impractically rough....so the clear epoxy coat will just give it a clear smooth finish over the rough concrete
I've got 10 gallons of flaming coral paint....trade ya for the mauve?

Really cool, I love the personal touch your cabin has. Regarding the color, it will eventually fade. Our beige house was pretty pink for awhile.
