Melchor, Gaspar and Baltazar will return to Tijuana January 5 in the parade organized by the Foundation for help that floats, thread and chocolate

María Elvia Hank Amaya, President of the Foundation reported Tuesday in a press conference that the parade will start at about 17: 00 hours of

The last parade organised in January 2008 when Hank Amaya was President of municipal DIF was attended by little more than 300 thousand people but
since since then not performed there an estimate of how many attendees will attend the event.
