A man who was arrested yesterday afternoon is to pass through municipal police to ask for cooperation and if it received no money was aggressive.
The Municipal police reported that the detainee is Jaime Carreón Gutiérrez, of 51 years.
The man was secured in the American Indian street of the Guaycura walks colony, after the report of neighbors, the man became aggressive if it
received no cooperation.
The officers who stopped him checked with Central command and it turned out that it belonged not to the Corporation, so it was secured.
The man wore a uniform that simulated the Municipal police, as well as all instruments used by officers, to except for a firearm.
The article says a man was dressed up as a fake TJ policeman and was going through the neighborhood asking for donations. When people refused to
donate, he became aggressive.
