It is really a buyers market out there now. There are many homes for sale in Punta Chivato now and this one just lowered it's price again.

It's in a great location in Punta Chivato. Adjacent to the taxi way to the air strip, close to the launch ramp, restaurants, mechanic & Hotelito.
The house gets that really nice summer wind too. At today's construction cost I don't think you could build a home of this size. And it's on a large
water front lot. They have a fideocomiso and the environmental issues have been settled as far as I'm aware.

Here's a steal in Loreto. I know you can't build it for less than the asking price. Great house, but we like the people so we don't want it to sell.

You would better target interested buyers by starting a new thread rather than taging onto this one about Punta Chivato.
