Alaska airlines will begin flights to
loreto 5 days a week starting in june . Hope it will last this time .

It's about time, but what we really need is another stateside airline to fly into Loreto to create some price competition. Most of Feb. on Alaska Air
is completely booked, and if you can find a flight it is over $500 one way from LAX. This is a major problem for Loreto and central Baja businesses
who are trying to attract visitors.

Trips to and from San Diego is what we need. Sorry but the drive 100 miles each way to LAX makes me more inclined to drive to Loreto.

I wish Volaris would set a round trip flight from TJ to Loreto. Don't know why they don't or haven't.

From what I hear - no way will there be new SAN to anywhere flights. Apparently the airport is saturated.
I have high hopes that the new walk-across skyway to Tijuana Airport will encourage (cheap?) shuttles to Loreto/La Paz . . .
