Every time I see that bridge I have two thoughts:
1.) Amazed they built the new one so "quickly."

Yes, they made the repairs pretty quickly on all the poorly constructed bridges.
However, in Baja Norte I think the construction deficit was in the depth and soundness of the foundations.

What amazes me is that the farmers keep planting in the Arroyo. I love the smell of the onions when they harvest in the fall.
