I received a call from Blanca Medina's son a few days ago inquiring if I needed help getting my FM3/2 renewed this year. His english is marginal and
my spanish even worse but I understood that he was taking over his mother's business and working out of the same space in Ensenada. I have already
used someone else this year but thought I would pass it along.

I was with Blanca and when she died I used her son, Arturo, he did well by me and the wife. His prices are the same as Blanca's were. His english, at
least with me was adequte. I'll stay with him for now.
