I just received an email from Nezter on behalf of HSBC telling me that I have not paid the one time "Study & Acceptance" fee of $330. This is the
first that I have heard of this after paying all of my fees 18 months ago. The fees that I paid included a one time "Bank Transfer" fee of $333. Has
anybody else experienced this?

Never heard of it and haven't paid it on my fideicomiso. But I haven't heard of the Bank Transfer fee, either. I'd go down to that bank and talk
personally with the employee in charge of fideicomisos.

Yep, 8 yrs ago we paid "approval/acceptance fees" (Honorarios de Aceptación) when setting up the most recent fides, which are with 2 different banks
and we paid it with both banks. Except we paid more than $330 for each bank to decide if we were worthy.

I just had a look at my Banorte fideicomiso paperwork. It does have an
"Honorarios Aceptacion" listed on it, besides which is a "zero." There's also an "Honorarios Firma," which also has a zero by it. I probably misplaced
the paperwork that had the actual payment listed.
