The Rotary Club Clinic in Mulege has a dermatologist who comes every year.
It's 500 pesos to get checked out.
Don't know when he is coming this year. Should be pretty soon.
He also takes biopsies of needed areas and sends you the results by e mail.

I have something growing on my temple region that I need checked. I think its just a mole. I'm gonna be lazy and not get it checked immediately so

Hasn't grown in years.....just a tiny white spec in the center that has grown in the last week. Looks almost like a small zit or piece of loose skin
that wasn't there a week ago. Thanks for the help!
