Upload your video to youtube.com and watch it
Click on the "Share", click on "Embed" then copy the highlighted content:

insert the red characters from above (example) into the following line

so its reads now like this:

After you have changed out those characters, add this [ to the front and this one ] to the end of that line and post your reply or new topic.
