I'm having a hard time finding a good site, in english, that explains current immigration to Mexico laws. Lots of them seem to be outdated. Any

Looking for absolutes in Mexico is like Don Quixote jousting with windmills.
Get your FMM when you cross the border, then find a good immigration agent in La Paz to help you get started with an FM-2 (La Paz Nomads should be
able to point you in the right direction). With any luck, you can get started before they change the law again.

Thanks, Bajaguy. I had seen both of these but they didn't seem to be updated with the latest info. The English tab only works for some info on the
official site, and mexperience says there is no minimum income requirement for retirees which I don't think is current info (isn't it 1250 single?),
so I'm not sure about the currentness of their site. I'll keep checking back; I'm in the pre-planning stage so there's no huge hurry. It seems to be
in a bit of flux at the moment.
