Any current recommendations for homeowners insurance in Baja Sur?

We have homeowners insureance on our home in Loreto with "Grupo Nicional Provincial S.A.B. It's just like typical homeowners insurance in the US, it
even includes damage from hurricanes. There is an agent in Loreto, Arturo & Laura Mercado, they speak English. Email is casaeldorado33@yahoo.com

DENNIS got me hooked up with Elena and now she doing quite a few Punta Chivato policies. I think English is her 1st language, Not sure. Is prompt at
answering questions and e-mails. Don't know of any claims yet but she says if there is a problem she'd come down and handle the adjuster personally.
And I believe her.
