Besides Mike's Sky Rancho, can anyone recommend a lodging/"dude ranch" in Baja, where they offer trail rides to interesting places , homemade
goods/art,etc, preferably between TJ and Mulege. I was thinking Sierra San Francisco, but I am trying to see what else is out there.David K - 4-25-2012 at 05:19 PM
Meling Ranch (just south of Mike's) is closer to be a dude ranch. Rancho Piedra Blanca between El Arco and Punta San Francisquito might be another one

Comfy, but simple and inexpensive rooms
Great meals,
close to the National Park (Parque Nacional)
and yes, they have horses to ride.
Very cool place, and not too far south of the border,

In a Tacoma, a piece of cake... the BFGs are another matter!

Now, I just remembered another place for you! SAN GREGORIO, south-east from SAN BORJA on the Golfo Camino Real de las Misiones.
