DARN IT!!!

estebanis - 5-10-2012 at 10:50 AM

Course is back to right in front of my place! I have to miss this one. A long time friend and mentor is having an 80'th birthday party that weekend...

David K - 5-10-2012 at 02:36 PM

Thanks TW... looks pretty close to the same course, overall as before...

TMW - 5-10-2012 at 04:57 PM

I understand it is the same as last year except they don't run next to the highway from Borrego but take the power line road to San Matias pass.

BajaRun - 5-10-2012 at 06:17 PM

That power line road has some deep whoops for a long way...It runs near a beautiful catcus garden..good race watch area.

The top three bikes were very close, especially the top two. Expect more of the same at the 1000.

David K - 6-7-2012 at 06:26 PM

Anybody with a Baja 500 trip report to share?

Trucks were closer than the bikes!!!

Did you check the difference in TT???
11 seconds, now that, my man, is close!

Desertbull - 6-7-2012 at 09:52 PM

Cerveza was cold.

Lots of DNF's.

Perfect crowds.

Baja racing season is on hold till October and November.

If anyone can find me at a beach on one of the coasts and I'll buy.

David K - 6-8-2012 at 08:07 AM

The Ensenada to San Felipe RECORD off road race is comming up soon!
