My Wife had her hair permed by a Cubana who wanted to know who cut her hair. She learned that Cuban Spanish for "Who Cut Your Hair?" is - Quien Peinaste Tu?"

This roughly translates to - "Who brushed your hair?"

Acceptable standards for Spanish is so regional.
