Here's a short video of our trip out to see the sea lions in Bahia de Asuncion with Shari and Juan. What a great day. As soon as we showed up they
were in the water checking us out and once we got in the water they were all around us. A great day!

that looks fun! we were diving off the south end of San Nicolas Island looking for lobsters and it was murky. it's kinda trippy to see seals darting

It was loads of fun. I haven't done anything like that in a long time. Everyone had a blast. Water was a bit chilly but Shari made sure we had wet
suits which was really nice. After awhile you didn't notice the cold, just sea lions everywhere and one big male barking at me to get lost. shari - 5-13-2012 at 09:45 AM

We saw a bird I'd never seen before...a red faced cormorant...he had the best hairdo!!!
there were thousands of cormorants on the island
