Del Coleman raced with us in the 70's in a Stroppe truck.
Very very cool guy. He owned the tannery.
He lived in an elegant house at the end of Third Street, visited him a couple times,
Married to a Mexican lady, she too was elegant.
I often dropped by his office out on the far East end of town to chat and reminisce. The odors were never pleasant but the good times made up for the
scent of curing hides.
Just wondering if old Del is still around, and if the tannery is still there.
