I want to thank all you Nomads who sent U2U's asking about my absence and pleading for me to return to the forum.

I am humbled by your outpouring, well-wishing, and especially your appreciation for my subtle wit...

I couldn't have a better "bar" or "campfire" to sit at with a bunch of folks I don't know....

I have friends in the biz (MetaLogic)...testing welds...one guy says that Enbridge pipelines that are older have over 70% failure rate on weld inspections....

And they love it when we get down to Baja .... every other winter or so....

I just met a great Oregonean at the Superbike Races who has a winter habitat just south of La Paz. When does the big Kanukistan bus head to Kiki's........and time to research when Lent begins next year, I'm smitten with Carnavale..... :spingrin:
