This restaurant has been in existence forever (it seems).
Has excellent lasagna and pizza.
I think it need a bit of maintenace and upkeep.
Reasonable prices and you will leave with a full stomach.

Excellent Pasta
The Calimari was INCREDIBLE. Not chewy, but with the consistency of a quality Pasta Concha. The 'Marisco de Lujo' pizza was great as well.
Definitely consider Vittorio's on Calle Revoluccion if you are visiting Tijuana.
