always fun when they swarm the beach. i've seen it 3 times where they invade the lineup for an hour or so before sunset and the as the sun starts to set they beach themselves.

when life gives you lemons.....

Woody, Shelley uses a spicy Cajun mixture to dip the strips of meat in before frying - to die for!

mmmmm. say hi for us!

watizname - 6-22-2012 at 07:14 PM

I've heard they are hard to prep for eating, with layers of membranes etc. What's the secret? :?::?:

willardguy - 6-22-2012 at 07:27 PM

quick dunk in boiling water and the membrane peels off easily, then cook em the way you want!;)

acadist - 6-23-2012 at 05:58 AM

Looks like fun!

woody with a view - 6-23-2012 at 06:09 AM

if you look at the bottom foto you'll see beneath the knife there are small pieces of the membrane. you can actually see it when you are looking at the meat. it takes some work for sure, but the results were epic.

watizname - 6-23-2012 at 07:23 AM

Thanks guys.
