Can anyone recommend an insurance company for house insurance in southern Baja? I have been using International Insurance Services in Cabo but ever
since Cathy Smith left the insurance just goes up 15-20%/year and I've never had a claim. I understand the company is owned by a bunch of lawyers in
Mexico City now. Thanks...

Is there any Nomads living in Todos, Pescadero, Elias Calles, Cabo or
San Jose that are paying for annual homeowner insurance. Are you happy
with your insurance provider? If you are can you kindly give Cielomar a
heads-up where to go. Thanks!!
