Make sure those people are not toting violin cases. You may be dealing with something a bit heavier than baņo odor problems. Look for people with CAF, CdG Zeta or CdS tattoos and if you see some, sell cheap and move.

Sector Salud can assist you. So can the Secretaria de Turismo de Baja California.

If you want to get nasty about it, stop and tell some marinas that people are coming and going all hours day and night. Or the SSP. You have a lot of options.

you need to beet them at their own game. provide cheaper and cleaner banos.

Land use issues by the beach, see woosh.........

Hire a lawyer, Rauma, with a land use specialty

Pay someone in a government agency to do their job.

That is pretty sick if they actually are living there.
Probably would be easier and less stressfull to get a but load of fabulosa and wash down regularly for them.

How much are they charging? Prebook their stalls - Give them twenty bucks a weekend not to peed upon.

So how much are they charging for people off the beach to use their restrooms in there house? Do they have signs out on the beach advertising this restroom use? Seems dangerous for them as people also get to see what would be worth stealing in their house and how to gain entry,Hmm crooks looking everywhere so your neighbor might be in for a bigger surprise. Maybe the neighbors are providing more than just the use of the "excusado", ???

Good luck.

If they move, hopefully the next residents will open up a grammar and spelling school.

If you have to use the bathroom...just go "swimming"

Every street has their tienditas operating out of their homes, so operating a business out of a home may not be legal, but it is ignored for the most part.

Grafitti,

C.A.F. on the walls in red. Cartel Arellano Felix in red

Crossed out with black, and a huge Z painted over.

When customers see this, well, they'll no longer need to continue to the bathroom.

I would think you would be happy with local folks offering this service, have you considered the alternative?
