Never forget amigo your brain is searching for and finding different pathways to do things. The only way it will find a path is to look. Looking takes effort. Things are not always found on the first search or the twenty-third. You'll recover just fine. But don't over reach. One does not start training by grabbing a set of 400 pound barbells. Suerte.
