This message is mainly meant for Loretanos.
I'm in Sacramento and had angioplasty and a stent installed.
Also got diagnosed with Diabetes 2. When it raines it pours. Of course, now they put me on a load of medications and I need to know if they are
available in Loreto, preferrably at farmacia similares. Here are the three I'm mainly concerned about. Some are expensive, so price is important.
#1: Klor-Con 8 ER 8MEQ tab
#2: Clopidogrel 75mg tab. This is generic Plavix.
#3 Glyburide 2.5mg tab
If anyone can help me, it would be highly appreciated

Glyburide is called GLIBENCLAMIDA (absolutely verified correct info)

Comment: Anything other than 5 mg dosage glibenclamida is quite uncommon, I have never seen it. I purchased a good pill cutter in the USA so I can
halve and quarter pills as needed.

Your Klor-Con says ER. Extended release. Extended release medications in Mexico are usually referred to as "Liberacion Prolongada" both at the
farmacia counter and on labeling.
Comment: This one may present an availability issue. You really need to have someone ask at the biggest farmacia in Loreto whether they stock it. I
always remember that it is quite a different matter when a farmacia claims "They can get something" versus if it is actually present on the shelf.
Hope this helps

You also need to do some snooping when you get to Loreto and find everyone's favorite laboratory for your lab tests :-)
