This is a big loss for our area. It is hard to recruit the best people to live and work in such an impoverished and politically inflammatory area. The
County's other most visible doctor, Jim Parker, the County AIDS Doctor, and the founder of free (pay it forward) health clinics across the south
County for people without insurance, has just been diagnosed with terminal ALS. I hope it doesn't come in "threes".

This is so tragic...they were to come to our area to do a clinic...wonderful people doing amazing work...so sorry for the loss of a great man....my
condolences to his family and friends.
