I would buy one of these with a markup for extended camping...they could finance the social goal with the profits.
The old way was to fill a 5 gallon bucket half way with water and some clothes, cap it, tie it to the top of the van and let it wash while you drove.
primitive but it worked on those drives between surf spots in central america during the 70's.
