Simple Tacos at the Cave

Ground beef and salt and pepper. Nothing else. I like the pieces large and not mixed to look like pablum.
Corn torts
Simple salsa. Tomatos, cilatro, onions & chiles
That's how I like them. Add hot sauce to taste or any thing else but I like it simple.
Did I mention Cheese? I like all kinds but not a must on "Cave Tacos"

Little off your original subject Russ but in mentioning corn tortillas,if your bored sometime-check out the history of corn and then its relationship to flour.

So Russ,
I'm not a fan of ground beef but i'm sure this would be a great simple recipe with grilled/chopped/diced/shredded steak or tri-tip roast. OR, HELL, with fresh veggies, decent cheese and fresh salsa who needs to kill a cow to make a yummy taco?
