BODY SHOP / RESTORE 1967 CADILLAC

Hola,
need a restoration body shop.
my mechanic wants to restore a 1967 cadillac coupe de ville.
it has surface rust on the roof and has ( cancer ) rust that went through just under the rear windshield but the entire width.
all chrome to be removed and rechromed and remounted.
also, is there one of the same to be found in a yonke with a good body ? how easy would it be to import it to california ?

no problem taking it to California, but if you want to register it in Cali then you will need to come up with a title.

larryC..the car is in calif. and will be brought south for refurbishing and taken back.
Gypsy Jan..CRREAD in Campito ? is campito close to rosarito ? yes, please provide more info.
