Mountains blooming as a fairyland with food for the animals and only a few fresh bones.
Fresh water mixing with waters of the mangroves . . . Shrimp thriving in Lopez mangroves.
Last year, at the end of multiple dry years, there were very few shrimp.
And more fruit. Snook years are always wet years.

The robalo are biting early this year, and hungry enough to take mullet for want of shrimp. Bill Klaser caught this one last week fishing in the
estero out of Lopez with Ruben Duran.

That's what I'm talking about. This is the year.
