legal for capture by commercial fishermen, not gringos. that said I love the idea that if dont catch anything you can eat the bait!

Shrimping starts Sept 13 this year in Lopez, Puerto Chaley and Cancun.

Although Oct. - Dec is the window, there is, another subset of time.
The tide is critical in the Laguna, the mangroves.
Follow this: On quarter, new and full moons, skip a day, then fish three. Your line won't go to China, and not be a floating Johnson, although a
nice bait
will scout out a robalo at slack tide, after, fishing the whole tide.
Follow Bill's episodes for the fish he targets. Combine a trip on the outside with a day or two on the inside.
