I have no idea. This is the Pacific opening date.
It did not mention SOC.

Don't be looking for shrimp in Loreto.
Go to the Pacific side, two hours or a hundred miles away.
Many houses in town will work as a family, or collectively froma village on the other side . . . and sell you shrimp. You can, during these times,
get tired of eaing the absolutely finest shrimp. Save the big ones, while fishing, in the bait tank for the Robalo late in the tide. Then eat what
is left.
