Well, at least be warned, this Saturday 9/29 is the Rosarito to Ensenada Bike Ride. Not only will the old road be closed to vehicle traffic, but the
toll road will be congested as you approach the third toll booths, and the road from there to town will be closed to one lane. The bikes are faster
than the cars at that point

DO drive to Ensenada....just not on Sept 29, or May 4 of next year
