So, I bet that husband won't complain about where his WIFE chose to park the first time and learned HIS lesson! That's what he gets for picking on his
wife's driving. Is he happy now?
(I was thinking along the same lines as msteve's reply.)

looks to be psimo. most likely parked there when tide was low, drove off over the dunes to where the action and party was, forgetting about the tide
change... doh!Barry A. - 10-2-2012 at 10:09 AM
------the driver was obviously on drugs, had a crabby co-pilot, in debt over his head (Bush's fault?), had a comprehensive insurance plan, and wanted
to swim nekkid!?!?!?!?!?!?

Does look like our neighborhood Pismo. Typical scene from 4th of July weekend. Pretty entertaining place on a busy weekend. What is amazing is what
happens to a car/truck caught in the surf. When the tide goes back down, the fuel tank is fully jammed with sand, a distibutor cap (if it has one,
and every orifice is packed tight). Best to stay out of that surf. The crowd gathered on the beach for the fireworks show is sometimes surprised by
water levels rising and chaos reigns.desertcpl - 10-2-2012 at 11:18 AM
have you ever eaten the clam chowder at the Splash restaurant in PismoWingnut - 10-2-2012 at 12:25 PM

My father was the Chief Ranger when they dredged the lagoons at the State Park. I earned a lot of tips before I had a driver's license because I had
so much experience getting cars un-stuck around the Oceano beach ramp. I thought I really had it going on!
