Frank, a while back Ken Cooke posted nice photos of the INM building location at Mexicali, downtown (if that is the one you are using, over Mexicali
East?)... I found this link, but I thought there was more... Ken?http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=58914
Downtown INM is on the left after you cross into Mexico.

FYI
the crossing south of Gila Bend,, Lukeville is not closed
Mexicali is easy. East that is. We have gone through many times on Sunday mornings and spent no time at all. Most of the time it is a wave and
several times they have looked in our car......took all of two min. NancyCortezBlue - 10-8-2012 at 02:46 AM

Any info on getting the TIP and FMM or other help would be greatly appreciated
My 3 cents
Why not go to Nogales and take the toll road south?
PS this is assuming you are talking about the state of Nayarit
