"Southbound motorists crossing into Tijuana will face lane closures on Monday at the San Ysidro port of entry.
Three southbound lanes of I-5 will be closed for 12 hours during non-peak traffic on Monday as road work is completed, the U.S. General Services
Administration announced over the weekend.
Lanes four through six will be closed while crews repair asphalt. Motorists will be asked to use the easternmost lanes, one-three.
The San Ysidro port of entry, between San Diego an Tijuana, is the world's busiest border crossing. At full capacity, it includes 24 northbound
vehicle lanes into the United States and six southbound lanes into Mexico.
Monday's closures take place south of Camino de la Paza, the final U.S. highway exit."
