Annex? There is the original downtown border, next to Calexico, end of Hwy. 111. Then there is the newer (from about 2000) Mexicali East crossing,
about 10 miles east of Calexico. I believe they both have all facilities with Mexicali East being more for commercial use and maybe better if you are
declaring household items for your move south... However, I have no personal experience other than using both to cross the border and I prefer the
downtown one because it is 10 miles closer to San Diego, where I am going/ coming from.

Just give them a call and see what they mean by the word Annex... however, since Mexicali East is the new kid on the block, it would probably be that
one?
