I credit usafishing.com in my postings.

Usafishing.com owns the avaitar, but has given you permission to use it as long as you give them credit., correct?
You could add this to your signature `` my avatar is used with permission from usafishing.com ``
Or something similar
Or state your requirements and I`ll design a custom avatar for you.
I just noticed, you already added a credit line in your signature., that should satisfy them.
