Just saw something "questionable" on your Facebook, too; a post from youtube.

Not changed your password(s) lately?

The only popup you should have here is the u2u system. Nothing else. It's possible a Google advertiser could sneak something in, but I've seen no incidence of that myself as of yet.

Other than that, the issue is likely local on your machine somehow - perhaps a browser plugin, add-on, or extension that's malfunctioning, or perhaps adware on your machine, etc.

Running Firefox? Something I ran across:

It might be helpful to know what/which site is trying to load in the popup window. Should be able to determine which site it is and the full URL by right-clicking in the area inside the popup window and then selecting properties to see the URL address that's trying to load.

no doug...i guess i'm wrong about the terminology...it's actually a "dropdown" warning with the wordage i mentioned...i just communicated for over an hour on my email and yahoo then when i checked nomads to see if you had responded, it "dropped down" again...
