From National City to Rosarito. The driver I had arranged just discovered a conflict. Anytime after 12:30. Will have my laptop with me and can sit at
Starbucks and work/wait.
UPDATE:: I HAVE SECURED A DRIVER. Information on drivers for the future is appreciate. Also regular commuters I could tag along with
when all else fails.

Not sure if this will help but I took the taxi from revolution down the old high way to Rosarito and it was only like 2USd. To get to the border you
