10 minutes sounds good, but you probably mean the actual planting of implant post. There was probably an extraction ordeal (sometimes a short one)
before those 10 minutes, and a couple visits for actual crowns few months later.
This is - without bone grafting which, I suspect, would take another visit, and some people need this, no matter how soon is the implant after the
extraction. I am not a dentist, it is possible that immediate implant helps to reduce - not always eliminate - the need in bone grafting.
Also, in case of implants 4 months is too early to tell anything. If they fall off, it normally happens after a few years. Though, Dra Luz has been
around for at least that long.
