I just got an email from a Doug Means that has the earmarks of an email account that has been taken over. The email had nothing but a web link. No
subject.
Anyone else get this?DENNIS - 12-4-2012 at 04:34 PM

Just send him the money he's asking for. He does this every year around Christmas. shari - 12-4-2012 at 04:40 PM

My Yahoo account password appeared to get compromised. Lots of email sent to addresses in stored emails (not necessarily address book emails).
It's a pain in the tush to change the password through ATT... they send you to the main account, and that login gets changed, but my email account can
still be accessed with the old password still.

Update...
Password is now changed. Had to actually call AT&T to get this resolved.
They have a very weird system... I have one user/pass for billing at att.com, and at the same login screen, another user/pass for email - the two are
not connected.
So I've been changing the password on the billing login without knowing I was supposed to login under a different user/pass to make the email password
change.
