Any info on rules for MX citizenship under new system?

Does anyone have current information on requirements for obtaining Mexican citizenship? Until the recent changes, 5 years with an FM2 was required for qualification. No test required for those over 60.

So what's the news? When I Naturalized Five years ago five years was the requirement and was then changed to ten years to my understanding. I'm in favor of demonstrating a knowledge of Mexican History and conversational use of Spanish. If not it seems like you're just another Gringo hangin out in Mexico. Tio
